We tested each entry for reliable pitch tracking on monophonic vocals, a working installer and a format your DAW actually loads. Plugins that required registration walls with dead servers, or that tracked poorly enough to wobble on sustained notes, were left out.
Tune the vocal before any heavy reverb or delay in your chain — pitch correction works best on a dry signal. Start with a medium retune speed and the correct song key, then speed it up only as far as the performance needs.
